1, The size of the aluminum checker plate sheet should meet the following requirements: Basic thickness: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0mm.
2, Width: 600~1800 mm, graded by 50 mm.
3, Length: 2000~12000 mm, graded by 100 mm. After the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the pattern plate or the roll pattern belt other than the size specified in this standard can be supplied.
4, The size and shape of the pattern and the agreement between the supplier and the buyer can also supply other shapes of aluminum checker plate.
5, The basic thickness, allowable deviation and theoretical weight of the checkered aluminum plate shall comply with the regulations.
6, The height of the aluminium checker plate sheet is not less than 0.2 times the thickness of the base plate.
7, The unevenness of the aluminium checker plate shall comply with the provisions.
8, The checkered aluminum plate is delivered according to the actual weight or theoretical weight.
The grades used for the checker plate aluminum sheets are supplied according to the regulations. After the agreement between the supplier and the buyer, other grades of checkered plates can be produced. The allowable deviation of the chemical composition of the finished aluminum checker plate shall comply with the regulations. Mechanical properties Mechanical properties are not guaranteed. When required by the purchaser, the mechanical performance index and test method shall be stipulated in the relevant standards, or shall be stipulated by both parties through negotiation.
The checker plate aluminum sheets shall be inspected for appearance and size one by one. The checkered plate rolled by the continuous rolling mill can be checked by coil. The basic thickness and grain height of the aluminum checker plate shall be measured at a distance of not less than 40mm from the edge in the width direction. The packaging, marking and quality certificate shall comply with the provisions.
