4. What is the basic information needed from customers?

About you: please tell me your name and common contact information like email, whatsapp or phone.

About products: alloy kinds(like alloy sheet), alloy number, temper, use, quantity, dimension.

5. Can I get some samples free?

A: Yes, sample is free, just freight cost is for you.

6. What is your terms of payment?

A: We usually support T/T, L/C, DP. Before payment, please make sure with our sales staff if these payment is available in your country.

7. Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: We have two main production bases, one is located in Gongyi City and another is located in Luoyang. There are airports near both production bases.

8. How soon can you produce and deliver my aluminum products?

A: Generally it is 15-25 days after deposit. Exact dates will be accorded to your demand and depending on the quantity and complexity.

9. What is the discount?

A: We always give any customer best price. Big discount is for over 10 tons.
