The marine grade aluminum 5052 is a product of 5000 series aluminum alloy. 5052-O aluminum is relatively soft and has high elongation. Therefore, if the 5052 aluminum sheet needs to be subjected to mechanical processing such as bending and deep drawing, the O temper can be selected, otherwise other tempers can be selected. Among them, 5052-H112 aluminum plate is more widely used. When applied as marine grade aluminum, 5052 aluminum alloy is usually processed in plate product type, that is marine grade aluminum plate 5052. 5052 aluminium alloy is a typical alloy in the Al-Mg system. Compared with the common 5083 aluminum alloy in the same series, 5083 marine grade aluminium has a high magnesium content (nearly double that of 5052 aluminum), so it has higher strength and better corrosion resistance, and is more used in ship plates. However, the high magnesium content will affect the oxidation effect. The surface treatment of 5052 aluminum is better, and it can be made into various surface bright effects and various colors of surfaces, so it is very suitable for various decorative panels.
