Powder Coated Aluminium For Louvers

For making aluminum shutters, 3000 series powder coated aluminium for louvers are used. 3003 H24 powder coated aluminum coil strip is usually seen, it is better to use 3005 3105 H16 powder coated aluminum sheet, because they have better performance, mainly depends on whether the customer's equipment matches.

Thickness: composite: 0.17mm-0.25mm, single piece does not composite more than 0.3mm.

Process: foam molding, the same process as the rolling door.

Paint: Polyester paint on the front (usually scratch-resistant paint), epoxy back paint on the back (oil-based paint foams better than water-based paint);

Color: scratch-resistant white, beige, gray, black, brown, pearlescent metallic gray, pearlescent metallic brown, etc.

Aluminum alloy shutters are made of 3000 series aluminum-magnesium-manganese powder coated aluminium for louvers materials, and 3005 aluminum for shutters have better anti-rust performance and outstanding stamping and tensile properties. The aluminum alloy has low density, light weight and high strength. The shutters made of 3005 aluminum material reduce weight and are easy to stretch and form. The doors and windows are durable and have small deformation. The 3005 aluminum material is corrosion-resistant, and the oxide layer film formed on its surface blocks contact with the outside world. The aluminum alloy oxide layer generally does not fade, does not fall off, and is not easy to be altered. The shutters processed with it are easy to maintain and do not need maintenance.
