It is used in the manufacture of aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, thin plate parts for vehicles and ships, instruments, street lamp brackets and rivets, hardware products, electrical appliances, etc.

5052 aluminium alloy is AL-Mg series alloy aluminum alloy plate. Magnesium is the main alloying element in 5052 alloy aluminum plate. It is the most commonly used rust-proof aluminum. Aluminum-magnesium alloys also contain a small amount of manganese, chromium, beryllium, titanium and other elements. Most of the manganese in the alloy forms a solid solution of MnAl6. The role of chromium in 5052 aluminum plate is similar to that of manganese. It improves the resistance to stress corrosion cracking, increases the strength of the substrate and weld, and reduces the tendency of welding cracks, but its content generally does not exceed 0.35%.
