Aluminum Coated Coil

Roller coating is a coating process. The aluminum coated coil is painted by roller coating, so that the paint can form a firm continuous coating on the surface of the aluminum coil, so that it can play the role of decoration, protection and other special functions. Colored aluminum coil treated by roller coating can be directly processed into finished products or finished parts without any other coating treatment. That is to say, it has changed the previous process of processing aluminum first and then painting it, and can save up to 2/3 of the paint. The aluminum color coated coil treated by roller coating has the characteristics of beauty, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, stain resistance and strong decoration. The finished product is more beautiful and the color adhesion is firm.

Gloss: 20% to 80%, depending on customer requirements.

Front: ≥18 microns (PE), ≥25 microns (PVDF)

Multi-layer painting process of pre color coated aluminum coil

Three-spray (referred to as three-spray), spray primer, topcoat and varnish, and two-spray (primer, topcoat) multi-layer spraying process.

Coating thickness: can be divided into single-layer coating (4μm-20μm); double-coating (25μm-28μm); 3-coating (35μm-38μm).
